Join our festival community as one of our esteemed and quality sponsors.  You will experience our performance art culture while being recognized as a representative of our festival "family."

Our all-ages festival hosts arts and crafts vendors,  food, beer & wine, cosplay costumes, Vikings, Renaissance fight demos, mermaids, children’s activities, demonstrations, workshops (non-fire), local bands, a drum circle, stilts walkers, acrobats, aerialists, fire dancers, pyrotechnics Redding's Premier Cirque Show!

Payment Information
  • The sponsor fees provide the funding for the venue, marketing, permits, and other required fees.  As many of these items are non-refundable, the sponsor fee is not eligible for refund.
  • If you cancel your sponsorship by April 30th you will be given a 50% credit towards a marketing package for our next festival (minus services rendered.)
  • Payment of your sponsorship fee will confirm your marketing package.  
  • If you do not send your sponsorship fee by the deadline date we will offer the package to the next eligible sponsor.  
  • Upon missing the payment deadline, if there are no eligible replacement sponsors, you will be charged an additional $15 Late Fee to keep the marketing package reservation.
Payment Due Dates
  • Eruption!, the Bomb!, Hot Spot and Scorch sponsors must submit their down payment by March 1st, 2024.
  • Eruption!, the Bomb!, Hot Spot and Scorch must submit their final payment by May 1st, 2024.
  • Flame Poster sponsors must submit their payment by March 1st, 2024.
  • Flame Banner sponsors must submit their payment by March 31st, 2024.
  • Spark sponsors must submit their payment by May 1st, 2024.
  • Late Fees will be due one week after the missed deadline.
