Poinsettia Order Form

At Christmas we traditionally decorate the chancel with poinsettias. After completing the form below, please mail a donation of $15 per poinsettia to the office, or drop your check into the offering plate during a Sunday service. Poinsettias may be taken home after December 26.

Checks should be made payable to: First United Methodist Church and specify "Poinsettias."

THE DEADLINE IS SUNDAY, DECEMBER 12. A list of donors and honorees will be printed in the Christmas service bulletins.
