Preparing your artwork images
In addition to the final artwork, you can also send us any photos of your process, your materials, any relevant thumbnail sketches, etc.

We cannot guarantee that every image you send us will be shown in the video, but it's great to have the option to show more of the behind-the-scenes of your artwork.

Limit 10 images total! Make sure the photos of your selected artwork(s) are in a high enough resolution, at least 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels.

Please take the time to shoot good quality photos of your artwork, it makes a huge difference when presenting your work in the video! More on photographing your artwork.
Sharing your artwork images via a Google Drive folder
1.  Create a folder in Google Drive and name it with your first and last name.

2. Be sure all your image files are JPGs, please do not send us HEIC files. If you have HEIC files and need to convert them, you can do so at https://heictojpg.com/

3. Upload JPG files of your artworks  into that folder. (Limit 5 images)For each 2D artwork, submit only 1 JPG file.  For 3D artworks, you may submit 1-2 JPG files per artwork.

4. Rename each JPG file like this: “001.jpg.” , “002.jpg”, “003.jpg.”  This way, images are easily referenced in the critique.

5. Open each JPG, click on the 3 dot icon in the upper right, and select “Details.” In the new window, scroll down to the “Description” section. In this section, add the title, media and size of the artwork.  Example: “Self-Portrait, oil on canvas, 18″ x 24.” Titles are optional.

6. In Google Drive, right click on your folder, and select “Share."

7. In the window that pops up, go to where it says "Get link."

8. Make sure it's set to "Anyone on the internet with this link can view." If it doesn't say that, change it so it does.

9. Click "copy link."
