The 6th Grade / Junior High Athletic Team Tryout Registration Form is required and must be completed by all those interested in trying out for a Competitive Sport Program prior to the first day of tryouts. Only one tryout registration form will be needed per school year unless a student decides to tryout for a sport that was not selected on the initial form submitted. Only one EL2, EL3 and COVID Release form will need to be submitted per school year.
