Most modern Lotus cars suffer from rattly windows due to the stock guides being worn down. We offer a solution - industry leading anti-rattle guides manufactured on high-end, medical grade, SLA laser resin printers. We're producing these in a low friction, long lasting and very resilient engineering material that was developed for applications like this.
A major benefit of this manufacturing process is that the photopolymer resin is cured into a solid object so the final product is equally strong in all orientations - just like the originalย part, but better.
