Early Arrival Form

Please complete this form in order to apply for an early arrival for the Spring 2024 semester. The normal move-in date is Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024 (01/02/2024). Please make sure you have completed the Spring 2024 Only housing application and have an assigned room in the IIT residence halls before completing this form. This form does not facilitate or affect room reservations, it is intended to let students to request an early arrival to rooms already reserved for Spring 2024 only.

Please note that you may be placed in a temporary room upon arrival if your Spring 2024 room is not yet ready. One request per resident will be honored. Please visit your housing portal to review your housing assignment. A $45/night fee may apply for arrivals before Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024 (01/02/2024).

You will receive an email response regarding whether or not your request has been approved by 12/10/2023. Please note that any request dates on or after 01/02/2024 will automatically be approved as this is in the normal contract date range.
