With just a month left in the school year, now is not the time to be missing classes or coming to school late. Did you know that attendance can be a better predictor of graduation rates than test scores? During our Thursday Virtual Family Engagement Session, we’ll talk about the district’s ongoing efforts to keep students in school and help families overcome the hurdles that make it difficult for some children to get to school on-time every day. Plus, we’ll have tips and strategies for parents to motivate students to be excited to attend school even with summer fast approaching.
