This is the form to fill out if you are interested in working at the Hops Concessions.  Payments go directly to the band, and we put 100% of those funds in your Individual Fundraising account.  Families can use these funds to pay band fees (Marching, Jazz Combos, and Winter Programs) as well as trip fees.  

Non-Profit group volunteers are paid $13 per hour, or 15% of food sales, whichever is more.  A shift is usually about 5 hours.  It is on your feet, busy, sometimes hot, work... but a great way to get our name out to the community, represent WV Band, and earn some $$$.   All tips collected each shift will be split between the kids that worked.

You MUST have a current OLCC and Food handler's license to sign up for an adult stand spot, and a current food license to sign up in a student spot.  If you need information to get your license (OLCC and food handler's for adults, and food handler's for students), sign up on the form below, and you will receive links to get those.  There is a cost to getting these, however OLCC is good for 5 years, and food handler is good for 2 years.
