I am Hollee King Winegar, AICP and I am running for the APACA Central Coast Awards-Events Officer. I have been a member of the Central Coast section board of the APACA for the past 15 years as the Awards and Events Officer. I have organized 15 local planning awards events; from selecting the jurors, organizing the nominations, designing the awards, and planning the tri-county section Awards Event. The planning awards events have been at or under budget. Although I organize most of the entire process and the event itself, I am always working with the board and continually getting their direction each year. Professionally, I have over 30 years of land use planning and project management experience in the public and private sectors. I have been a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners since 2002 and a member of APA since 1991. I am the owner and president of SitesPacific, Inc. and a CA state-certified Woman's Business Enterprise (WBE) and work as a land use consultant and contract planner in the Santa Barbara and Ventura County areas.
