Eligibility:
Does the project or program proposed in the application focus on the arts and culture sector?
Is the applicant proposing a project or program located within/adjacent to the Bloomington Urban Enterprise Zone? (BUEA)
Is the applicant’s project or program open to the general public?
Is the applicant’s project or program happening regardless of changes (increases/decreases) in COVID-19 rules and regulations?
 
**Note: this grant is not for operational use and funds are available solely for specific project/program use to sustain activity in the arts and culture sector during fall 2020
