BS Computer Science (1st Year): Pre-Enrollment Advising Form
Starting January 17, 2024, all advising requests must be accompanied by a signed ECF (wet or e-sign with an attached screenshot of the email). It is required to bring a printed copy of the signed ECF during your scheduled enrollment. The CAS OCS Team members, specifically assigned to SAIS Enrollment Concerns, will assist you with manual enrollment.
Kindly take note of the following reminders:
1.You will be automatically removed from the class roster of any class(es) not included in your approved enrollment checklist form during the enrollment validation.
2. Undergraduate students will receive assistance with manual enrollment at the UPM Theater, while graduate students will be assisted at the CAS OCS Window 1.
