Garrett Williamson Playdates Interest Survey
This survey will help in planning weekly playdate experiences for children ages 2 to 4 and 5 to 7 years old.

Activities will take place on the Garrett Williamson campus, featuring Barn, Garden, & Nature experiences. Supported by structured and unstructured play, and as long as the weather is safe, all activities will take place outside. Children must be accompanied by a Caregiver for the duration of the playdates, approximately an hour and a half.

I am looking for feedback on both the day and time, but also age groups that would be of interest and what you'd like to do with your child(ren). I am also looking into programs for children ages 8 and 9 years old. Please share this survey with others who may be interested in attending the playdates. Farm lessons are taught as part of the Garrett's Way childcare lessons every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. If weekends work better, please consider participating in our monthly Family Farmyard activities. Include your contact information below to receive more information.

What programs would be of interest to you and your child(ren)?
All activities will be hands-on and developmentally appropriate. Caregivers are encouraged to participate in these activities alongside your child(ren).

Sharing the ages of your child(ren) will help us to plan age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate learning experiences and activities. All activities will focus on respect and compassion towards animals, humans, and the environment through interactive experiences. At least one Caregiver must attend these playdates with your child(ren).
