As per Article 11. of the PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS (REGISTRATION) ACT, CHAPTER 326:03 (1) The Registrar shall keep a Register of Professional Engineers (hereinafter referred to as “the Register”) in which he shall cause to be entered the name of every person required by section 12 or entitled under section 13(4) to be registered as a professional engineer together with the following particulars in relation to each such person:
(a) his full address;
(b) the date of his registration; and
(c) the description of his qualifications.
This information shall be used to update files at the registar and our Data base.
