Art Board User Agreement - SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE
Any person who wishes to use the art boards, whether to gift the community with their artistic expression OR as an interested community member resetting (painting over) an artist’s work, MUST complete and submit a signed agreement acknowledging their understanding and acceptance of the required terms and conditions of use. This must be completed IN ADVANCE of using the art boards. Once the agreement is submitted, SPAN will send an auto-generated message to confirm receipt and to convey its permission to begin using the art boards.
Permissions are granted to the signed artist/user and will be effective for any public boards available and for as frequent use as is permitted by the guidelines until the end of the current calendar year. A renewed agreement must be submitted for each new calendar year.
Any person who does not agree to all terms will not be able to submit a completed agreement and will NOT be permitted to use the art boards. Anyone who uses the art boards without a current agreement on file may be subject to action in violation of SPAN’s guidelines and may be reportable to law enforcement.
