In order to make this election more sustainable both financially and environmentally we are sending members electronic ballots via email. Our lists are incomplete in terms of email hence we are requesting that you provide us with your most up to date email address using this form.

E-ballots come from Pacifica Foundation Inc <invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com> with the subject line "Vote now: Pacifica Foundation Inc - 2023 Local Station Elections".

Please safe list this email and check your SPAM and all other folders in your email inbox before submitting a ballot request. DO NOT EMAIL THIS ADDRESS.

Please request an e-ballot if you have access to a computer. 

**Please fill out 1 ballot per member. The member requesting the ballot must file the request in their name.
**Do NOT put 2 people in one field.
**Please note that for a second household ballot to be issued the joint membership must have been defined at the time of donation. In other words, you cannot just add members after the fact.
**Individual requests should only be submitted once as multiple requests slow down the processing time for everyone.
**Please do not submit this form twice rather if you have questions regarding your e-ballot request email nes@pacifica.org

Please fill out this form if:  
1) You have received a postcard from a candidate slate and are not sure if Pacifica has your email or SMS on file. 
2) Have not received an e-ballot during the balloting period (please visit elections.pacifica.org for the Election Timeline) AND you are a listener or staff member of KPFA, KPFK , KPFT, WBAI or WPFW eligible to vote.

Listener members are eligible if a donation of $25 was made or 3 hours of approved volunteer work completed between July 1 2022 and June 30 2023. 

Staff members are eligible if they are paid staff (on payroll as of June 30 2023) or unpaid staff (30 hours of programming related work April 1 - June 30, 2023).
