Code.org CS Discoveries PD

URI is offering a Code.org CS Discoveries PD for the Fall 2024 semester. It is comprised of a 14-week online course (CSC222), including both synchronous virtual meeting times (Thurs evenings 6-8:45pm) and asynchronous work on your own. Synchronous session meeting times are listed on the website - participants are expected to attend all sessions. This program earns a total of 120 PLU hours.

Please note that scholarships will be made available for most teachers accepted into this program to attend the PD at no cost, however, if you are not eligible to receive a scholarship there may be a program fee. Teachers accepted into the program will "audit" the course and will not be enrolled for official university credit.

All applications will be reviewed for scholarship eligibility.
