Set Up 12pm-3pm (consists of decor, sound, bar etc)

Production support 4pm-9:30pm (includes 1-2hr bathroom traffic shift indoors + water refill, tidying up, being on-call for production assistance as needed). This is a low intensity commitment overall, but you need to be available throughout the event.
