As part of becoming a Zendesk Marketplace partner, Zendesk sponsors an instance for up to 10 agents that you can use for developing, demoing, and troubleshooting your app.

Unlike a trial account, a sponsored account doesn't expire after 14 days.

By default, all Marketplace partners will receive the Support Suite, Sell Enterprise, and Sunshine Professional.

Note: Zendesk will suspend the test Zendesk Support account if it's used to provide actual support.
