£6 a session (must be paid by 4pm the day before or a reserve will be asked to attend)

SIbling discount - £25 for 1st sibling, £15 for second or more sibling(s)

*If you make a block booking, and can no longer attend, a refund may be given if the space if filled. Please notify us by 2pm on the day that you can no longer attend, either via email at hertsandbedsfootball@gmail.com or via text on 07852565824.

You do not need any equipment apart from a water bottle/drink and suitable clothing and indoor trainers

TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Upon receipt of a completed booking form, places will be confirmed by email within 5 working days. If a participant withdraws for one of more sessions after block booking, Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching reserves the right to withhold the session fee if the place is not filled by a reserve. In the event that a session is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching may take photographs and/or video of participants during sessions. These images may be used for marketing purposes. It should be noted that at no time will the participants name be directly associated with any picture or video footage. If a participant has strong views about not having their image publicised, they will need to make this clear at the outset via email.

All participants’ personal property is their own responsibility.  Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching takes no responsibility for loss or damage of these items.

Any previous injuries must be made known to Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching via this form.

All participants are covered by Public Liability Insurance whilst at a Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching session. However, we cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or loss or damage unless proven to be caused by personal negligence.

In the event of participant injury/illness, all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the emergency contact(s) named on the booking form and the injury/illness will be dealt with appropriately. In the event that the emergency contact(s) cannot be contacted, consent is given to the Coaching Staff to act on their behalf.
