Please outline your availability for the 2019 Vawdon Cup below:

NB.  YOU MUST OFFICIATE IN A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FRIDAY EVENINGS PLUS AT LEAST TWO (2) SUNDAY DOUBLE HEADERS BEFORE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FINALS SERIES.

Possible venues in use this year are as follows:
 Doyle Ground – Macarthur Street North Parramatta (Parramatta),
 Nolan Reserve – Pittwater Road North Manly (Manly Warringah)
 Vale of Ah Reserve – Auld Avenue Milperra (Bankstown)
 The Kingsway Playing Fields – The Kingsway St Marys (Penrith)
 Jones Park – Lansdowne Street Merrylands (Westmead)
 David Phillips Memorial Fields – Gwea & Banks Ave Daceyville (UNSW)
 Chifley Reserve – Bunnerong Road Chifley
 Bressington Park – Underwood Road Homebush

NB. If for any reason you are unavailable to attend and complete your allocated appointment, please be considerate of others and give notice to NSWTA by 5pm the Wednesday BEFORE the relevant appointment.  

It will greatly assist panel members who need to fill vacant positions and also on your fellow referees who need support.
