Real Food 4 Real Change Cooking Club - Lake Braddock Bruins Stay After: MS After-School Program
Hello Bruins!

Real Food 4 Real Change is a cooking club with an environmental twist.

Led by our Public Health Nurse, Stephani Keen, Real Food 4 Real Change will investigate the health benefits to student bodies and the environment when eating fruits and vegetables, improve participant cooking skills and build the snacks of dreams!

Real Food 4 Real Change will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from March 13 - March 29. It will be located in room C176 and led by Public Health Nurse Keen from 3:00p - 4:30p.

If you are interested in cooking food after-school for this 3 week program and learning more about the environmental impact of your food choices, sign up below. Participants will be selected on a first come, first serve basis.

All participants MUST be registered for the Bruins Stay After: MS After-School Program: https://forms.gle/hcgCJHw1GNhdFaUk7
