2024-2025 Need in Deed Teacher Network Application
Thank you for your interest in joining Need in Deed's Teacher Network!  Please read the following information carefully. 

For 3rd-8th grade teachers in Philadelphia district and charter school teachers, membership in our network begins with our Summer Institute.  This training is designed to give teachers a comprehensive introduction to our My Voice framework. This year, our summer institute will be held in person on Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28 at Swarthmore College.  

This training is mandatory as it is the foundation of all other Need in Deed offerings. If you are unavailable for those dates, we may be able to offer a make-up training date later in the summer.

In addition, Need in Deed network members are required to attend monthly, two-hour, after-school trainings throughout the course of the school year.  These trainings are typically held on the last Monday of the month from 4:30-6:30, and both Zoom and in person options are available.  

You must have a group of students that you work with regularly in order to complete a project.  Teachers that push in or pull students out of class are WELCOME to apply; however,  you must meet regularly with a group of students for instruction.
