Outstanding Club Tshirt Award
This award is presented to the top three clubs that have a creative and innovative club T-shirt promoting Circle K. Please PRINT and bring this form along with your T-shirt to District Convention. If you will not be present at District Convention, but would like to enter your t-shirt, please submit this award along with a digital version/photo of the t-shirt by February 1, 2024 at Midnight.

Guidelines

1.  The awards cover sheet must have the names of the Circle K Club president, the Circle K Club secretary, the Kiwanis Club president, and the Circle K Club faculty or Kiwanis advisor for this award to be considered valid.

2.   All club monthly reports (CMRs) from April 2023 to January 2024 must be submitted through the Member Update Center. Clubs that have not submitted all CMRs will be graded on a scale according to the number of CMRs submitted.

3.   All phases of the design, except for professional services required for printing, must have been performed by a Circle K member or members who are in good standing with the Carolinas District and Circle K International. Non-members may only act in an advisory capacity.

4.   A club may submit more than one entry; however each entry requires a separate application form and t-shirts must have been created between April 1, 2022 and District convention. All entries are eligible to receive this award even if submitted by the same school.

5.  THE T-SHIRT and THIS FORM must be submitted IN PERSON AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE at the beginning of District Convention. If submitting Online, please send a picture of the T-shirt to Dawn Puderbaugh Hodges at dph@carolinascki.org
