Oxford Together is Oxford Hub's volunteer programme to help those in need during Covid-19. We are delivering Oxford Together in collaboration with Oxford City Council and other local aid groups.

Complete this form to be added to a waiting list to receive cooked meals through Oxford Together - you should receive a meal automatically on the first Tuesday or Thursday after your request. If you don't receive one, please contact henry@oxfordhub.org.

Hot food is kindly provided by Oxford Together's partners - The OX4 Free Food Crew, a brand new partnership between 'Ark-T', 'Waste2Taste', 'Flo’s - The Place in the Park'. We aim to alleviate food poverty for people affected by COVID-19. Our organisations are passionate about ensuring that those most in need at this time can receive the warmth, love and comfort which comes from healthy home-cooked food.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We are only using responses to this form to put together a meal delivery service for people in need. You can opt-out of the meal deliveries and/or ask us to delete your data by speaking directly to one of our delivery volunteers, contacting us on 01865 515350, or emailing us at food@oxfordhub.org. We only share the minimum information needed for delivery volunteers to deliver food to you, including your first name, address, portions requested, and any special delivery instructions. We will not share your contact information with delivery volunteers without your permission.

CANCELLATION
If you or someone you referred would like to cancel your meals, please contact me directly at henry@oxfordhub.org. You can also speak to the volunteer who delivers your meals, and they will be able to pass the message on.
