The survey consists of a series of quick-response questions regarding transparency, decision-making processes, bid comparisons, environmental regulations, vendor information, and pain points in vendor selection. Green Potential is a marketplace platform that assists buildings in finding suitable vendors for their energy efficiency projects (and even more now). We use a data-driven and review-oriented approach to match vendors with the right buildings. Property managers and building owners can access vendor information for free, and vendors pay us a small fee for qualified lead generation.
