Norbergfestival is a non-profit event that relies on volunteer work. We're always immensely grateful for everyone's hard work and we want to ensure the best possible experience.

Signing up and then not showing up means that we will have wasted time and money on buying food, finding accommodation and printing a t-shirt for you. If you're in doubt, sleep on it. Take a look in your calendar and get back to us later. Please let us know if your circumstances change and you're no longer able to attend the festival.

Is there something specific you want to learn or take responsibility for at the festival?
We want to promote diversity in all fields of work at the festival, and encourage the sharing of skills between volunteers. Some people are being recruited ahead of the festival for essential core tasks. However, we want to try and make sure unfair power dynamics aren't recreated within the festival. Please note that we might just not have people with skills available to teach every year.

NOTE: We are following the the COVID-19 infection control measures by the Public Health Agency of Sweden. Recommendations for individuals:
- Get vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Stay home and avoid close contact with others if you are ill with symptoms of COVID-19.
- Basic hygiene routines are very important to prevent the spread of infection.

We will remind you to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 2 days prior to arriving to the festival site.
