Escape the Enchanted Forest Sign Up!
Only one person per group should fill out this form! The escape room should take around 60 minutes and will take place in the Rodin basement. Also, please venmo @pennsdc $10 per person for groups of 1-4 and $8 per person for groups of 5-10 before submitting this form. You can add people on the day of your time slot, but they will have to pay before participating in the escape room. Make sure to include your team name as the comment on the venmo.
