So you're interested in joining up with us to mentor a Founder (or a few!) from the Matchstick Lab micro-business accelerator program at Vibe Coworks? Fantastic!
Being a business mentor or coach to an entrepreneur is a great way of giving back to our community and making a fundamental difference in the success of current and aspiring founders.
The inaugural Matchstick Lab accelerator cohort will be selected by a panel of independent reviewers by February 8. After that, we'll begin working to match their needs with the expertise, interest and availability of mentors in our pool, as informed by this intake form.
Specifically, we're looking for mentors and coaches who are business leaders who can help early stage founders and small business owners navigate new business ownership and preparations to scale, working one-on-one and in small groups on a volunteer basis to help them achieve their goals.
Engagement will include a schedule of open office hours to be held at Vibe Coworks, as well as one-on-one or small group time as determined together by you and your mentees. In addition, mentors are asked to participate specifically in the following full-cohort events:

Notification of acceptance as a mentor for this cohort will be sent via email no later than Thursday, February 23. In the event that you are not accepted as a mentor for this Founder cohort, we hope to be able to leverage your interest and expertise for future cohorts and mentorship program opportunities, and would love for you to continue to engage with us in other ways.
