Founders' Coaching Pause is a 3 days program designed for top Series A and later stage tech founders in Southeast Asia to pause, reflect and prepare themselves to scale their team and company. It aims to scale the leader so they can scale the organization.

FCP program will be held in Bali and it runs twice a year – in April & October.

The participants are a tightly curated group of founders leading companies, as the goal of FCP is to provide a coaching environment and network for the founder and to connect the participants as a group. The maximum size of this group is 24 participants. We have been running the retreat for multiple batches since 2015.

While we're unable to disseminate the agenda beforehand, we will be going through these things in the 3 days:
(1) Self, i.e. purpose, values & beliefs
(2) Team, i.e. biz stages, coaching & leadership, and
(3) Scaling the business, i.e. one year plan etc.
