The Keck School of Medicine LGBTQ+  student organization, MedLambda, is trying to establish a new culture of acceptance and pride among its LGBTQ+ medical student population. At Keck there is currently no easy access to a network of LGBTQ+ physicians, faculty, administration, staff, students, residents, and fellows that can help ease the anxiety of balancing a professional and personal identity. With your help, we hope to overcome this barrier by creating an OutList. The purpose of the OutList is to provide the Keck community with a network of out professionals that can encourage LGBTQ+ individuals within Keck to live their truth. You will be serving as an example of a proud out professional that is willing to provide guidance for those entering our community who may need your advice. Please keep in mind that the OutList is meant to be posted openly online to help any current or prospective medical student or resident know that Keck School of Medicine is a place where they can feel safe and accepted.
