GPS Faith Parents Night Out Registration form July 16th & 30th
Children ages 2 years old and potty trained - 5th grade entering 6th grade and their friends and family are invited to join us for a fun night here at GPS Faith Community Church while the parents/guardians enjoy an evening together. This event is free as we want to help serve our families and community here.

A few things to remember. 1.This event will take place at GPS Faith Community Church. 2. You may drop off your child(ren) anytime between 4pm-6pm. This event starts at 4pm and ends at 8 pm. Please be ready to pick up your child(ren) by 8pm. 3.We ask all children that are unvaccinated and 11 years and younger to wear a mask while at this event. Masks will be taken off while eating dinner or eating a snack. 4. We ask that each child comes with a packed sack dinner and drink. 5. We will provide a snack and drink later in the evening.
