School/Youth Tour Request Form
The submission of this form does not reserve a date and time for a tour.

If one of your preferred dates/times is available, and if there are no questions related to your tour, your tour will be booked and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you would like to request more than one tour, please fill out more than one request form.

You may list different dates and times, different times for the same date, or type in the same option three times.

Morning slots tend to fill first and 9:30am and 10am are often already filled.  Listing afternoon times may be advantageous.

Read the tour packet available on the school/youth group tour web page before selecting a tour type.

If you have a group of more than 250 people, please call or email the below number/address before completing this form as the garden may need to schedule split arrival times for the group to help ensure that the garden is not overcrowded.

Lunch:  We ONLY have access to outdoors spaces for lunch.  This is nonnegotiable.  Please plan accordingly and perhaps have a plan B in case of inclement weather.  Outside food is NOT allowed within the gardens and therefore lunch will be held on our new patio area (for small-medium-sized groups) or up at Kenefick Park (where the big trains are).

Lastly, please read the guidelines available on the school/group tour webpage to make sure that your group qualifies for bus reimbursement BEFORE selecting an answer to the question.
