All entries must be cooked prior to event start time and be presented ready to serve.
●
Must cook enough sample sizes for 3-5 judges and 10 tasters.
●
Please arrive promptly at 11:45am to the Southwest Park Shelter at Bressler Park in order to set up for the event.
Other information regarding the chicken cook off
●
Electricity will be provided to keep food hot (if needed).
●
Prizes will be awarded to the winning dish in each category.
●
Category winners will also have their recipe featured in the Wayne Chicken Show’s upcoming cookbook.
