부분적으로 교회 재개 결정에 따라(6월 8일부터 9월 31일까지) 교인 전용 교회 건물 사용을 위한 신청서입니다. 외부인 및 외부요청(웨딩 포함)은 별도로 교회 사무실로 연락 바랍니다. 모든 사용신청은 2주 전에 신청하셔야 사용하실 수 있습니다.

 홈페이지 메뉴의 resource에 있는 교회 장소 사용신청 현황에서 가능한 날짜를 확인하신 후에 신청하시고 승인 절차후에 홈페이지에 업데이트 해드립니다. 
신청가능한 장소는 회의실 (6명), 카페 (8명), 세미나실 (30명), 친교실 (20명), 소예배실 (35-40명), 에녹회 (25-30명), Gym (80명), CM룸 (42명), 본당 (사역을 위한 모임 100명)입니다. 음향 및 영상장비 사용은 별도의 사용허가를 신청하셔야 합니다. 자세한 정보는 사무실(401.579.1555)로 연락 바랍니다.
 
 * 모임 장소에서의 음식물 반입을 금지합니다.-친교실에서만 허용

For Church of Philippi members, please use this application form in order to reserve use of any church facilities as we will partially reopen during the summer (6/8-9/31). For non-church members and outside requests (including weddings), please contact the church office. All applications must be made 2 weeks in advance.

In order to reserve space, check the available dates in the Facility Reservation Form found at the church homepage menu. You can check the reservation on the homepage after the approval process.

Facilities available for use include: Conference Room (6 people), Café (8 people), Seminar Room (30 people), Fellowship Hall (20 people), Small Worship Room (35-40 people), Enoch Room (25-30 people), Gym (80 people), CM Worship Room (42 people), and the Main Sanctuary (100 people for ministry use).

*Food and drink is prohibited inside any of the above rooms except for the Fellowship Hall.
