The Inspired Innovation Center Partner Program
Thank you for your interest in our Miscoe Hill Inspired Innovation Center Partner program. This initiative is launched in conjunction with our grant from American Student Assistance and Miscoe’s position in the Project Based Learning Massachusetts School Leadership Network . The purpose of the grant and our partner program is to develop career awareness and career exploration opportunities for middle school students and connect students with authentic audiences and experts for projects.
 
We are seeking volunteers who may be interested in taking a more active role in creating career-oriented and project-based learning experiences for Miscoe Hill students. The two opportunities are outlined below. We understand that you have a busy schedule and we are grateful for any time and insight you can provide.

Inspired Innovation Center Advisory Board
The Inspired Innovation Center Advisory Board is a group of community members will serve as a sounding board to give input on future IIC programming and resource purchases. Our goal is to provide students with access to the tools and practices that mirror the current trends in the modern workplace. This is a commitment of two evenings. One meeting will be held in the winter and one in the early spring.

Would you like to join the Inspired Innovation Center Advisory Board? The board will meet twice annually to provide input on programming and purchases for the Inspired Innovation Center. The first meeting will be held in early December and the second in late April or May.

Inspired Innovation Center Partner Databased
The Inspired Innovation Center partner database seeks to match community expertise with student learning opportunities. Partners share information about their current career(s) as well as any skills that they would feel comfortable teaching students. Additionally, partners will provide us with information regarding the types of collaboration opportunities that are of interest.

Your submission to the Inspired Innovation Center database is not considered a commitment to volunteer to participate in an event.
