The Reopening Committee met recently. We need to prepare in case we need to go to remote instruction at some point this school year.

Please complete this form for:

* PreK- 3rd grade students who do not have a computer/device they can use at home for instruction. (4th-6th grade are already provided with devices from school.)

* Internet needed for instruction: PreK-6th Grade
