ACHS is trying to build a dynamic media team to help promote our students and school in the community and on social media, and we want YOUR HELP! Coach Mask needs motivated, assertive, go-getter students to join the team! If you are interested in ANY ASPECT of the following areas (photography, journalism - website articles, graphic design (school signage/posters, t-shirt design), web design, video production, etc., please fill out this interest inventory for Coach Mask.

Graphic Design / Artistic Ability

I have taken the Digital Media Course at the ACTC

I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop

I have made several graphics for social media use (text over pics, etc.)

I would enjoy (and I am willing to learn the process of) creating spreads for yearbook (templates, headings, etc.)

I would enjoy (and I am willing to learn the process of) creating signage / posters for our ACHS walls, advertising events

I am proficient in drawing / sketching, etc. and have samples I could submit

I would be good at / interested in creating a design for T-shirt for our school store (a fundraiser for FBLA)

I am very willing to learn about Adobe Creative Cloud Applications as a part of this Media Team

Web Design (ACHS Website)

I am familiar with HTML Coding (not required to help with the website, but an added bonus)

I would be wiling to learn some BASIC HTML coding in order to help update and maintain some parts of our ACHS Website

I would enjoy updating rosters and schedules on the ACHS Website

I would enjoy updating and maintaining parts of the menu on the ACHS Website

I would enjoy the responsibility of creating and posting "Live Feed" announcements to be published just before events occur at ACHS.

I am tech savvy enough and willing to learn the Thrillshare software associated with the ACHS Website (It is simple!)

Video Production / Broadcasting

I have experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, HitFilm Express, OR another video production software.

I have created videos in the past, and I'd be happy to submit.

I am interested in learning any of the above software for video production, as a part of this Media Team

I would be comfortable being on camera for video production (daily/weekly announcements, highlight videos, events, etc.)

I would be interested in conducting interviews on camera for ACHS (teachers, coaches, student spotlights, events, etc.)

I go to many sporting events, and I would be interested in filming some live coverage for social media

I would be interested in operating the camera for video production

I have experience with theatre or theatre production (Drama Club, CTA, Church Plays, etc)

I have a personal YouTube Channel and produce vlogs or other content for posting on that channel.

I frequently work with live streaming equipment and am familiar with that process (gaming, church broadcasts, Facebook Live, etc.)

Organization Skills

I pride myself on staying organized, and I am good at multitasking

I wouldn't mind going to coaches and/or sponsors of clubs to ask for information for media use (stats, info, rosters, pics, etc.)

I would say I am assertive and self-motivated

I am a self-starter. I don't wait on someone to tell me things to do. I look for tasks.

I do not wait til the last minute to accomplish my goals

I know how to organize files on a computer (make folders, rename files, etc.)
