Help us identify people who can accelerate global health progress!

We’re building a vetted network of contributors who can support high-impact global health organizations working on urgent challenges—from lead exposure to maternal mortality—across Africa, Asia, and beyond.

Many of these organizations are ready to scale but face common bottlenecks when entering new countries. They often lack local connections, research capacity, or the ability to hire quickly. These gaps delay implementation of programs that could save lives.

We’re trying to fix that—by identifying reliable, impact-driven individuals who can offer critical local insight and support.

As a first step, we’re building a talent database of people who:

• Can help organizations understand local systems and connect with key stakeholders
• Are able to support recruitment, research, or early program delivery
• Are motivated to contribute—even part-time—to global health work that matters

We’re especially looking for:

• Volunteers with strong local knowledge or the ability to execute tasks independently
• Short-term researchers or contractors who can support health organizations remotely
• Researchers, advocates, or consultants who we could recommend to our partner organizations for future work

Strong nominees will:
✔ Follow through and get things done
✔ Communicate clearly and thoughtfully
✔ Think strategically and work independently

You can help us find them.
If you know someone who fits this profile, we encourage you to nominate them. Your nomination may lead to concrete volunteer or paid opportunities for the person you recommend, and helps us build the infrastructure needed to support global health more effectively.

Health Progress Hub is an initiative by the Global Policy Research Group, a think-tank based in Sweden. We support global health organizations working on urgent challenges—by helping them access the people and capabilities they need to execute faster and more effectively.

We recently concluded a pilot fellowship where students and professionals from four continents supported global health policy and advocacy projects with partners like the Lead Exposure Elimination Project, Fortify Health, and Alliance for Reducing Microbial Resistance.
