Dear 9th Grade Families,

On October 19th, Salem School Committee approved the plan to give students in 9th grade the option to return to in a hybrid model for in-person instruction two days per week. The in-person school day in the hybrid model will be a half day in the morning. This new, in-person option will begin on Monday, November 16th. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM (ONE FORM PER CHILD) TO INDICATE YOUR FINAL DECISION ON WHETHER OR NOT YOUR PREK-2 STUDENT WILL BE COMING TO SCHOOL IN-PERSON STARTING NOV 9TH. THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED A FINAL DECISION.

Your next opportunity for your students to begin in-person instruction will be January 4th, 2021. We understand that every detail is not yet certain, including partnering with after school providers. However, in order to launch school on November 9th, we need your decision.

El 19 de Octubre el Comité Escolar aprobó dar a los estudiantes en grado 9 la opción de regresar a la escuela dos días a la semana para recibir instrucción en persona. Su próxima oportunidad para que su estudiante regrese a la escuela para instrucción presencial será en Febrero 3 del 2021.
