Removal Responsibilities:

All items must be removed: Participants are responsible for removing all items brought for sale at the end of the event, whether sold or unsold.
Timeframe for removal: Items must be removed promptly at the conclusion of the event, during the designated clean-up period.
Clean-up of space: Participants are expected to clean their designated selling space and ensure it is left in its original condition.
Disposal of unsold items: Participants are responsible for disposing of any unsold items. Donations should be made through designated channels, and trash should be properly disposed of.
Cooperation with event organizers: Participants must cooperate with event organizers and follow any instructions provided regarding clean-up and item removal.

Event Rules:

Respect for common areas: Participants must respect the common areas of the cooperative and ensure that their selling space is kept tidy and organized.
Compliance with cooperative regulations: Participants must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the cooperative regarding conduct and use of common facilities.
No drop-off donations: The event is not a drop-off site for donations. Participants must not leave items behind for donation; instead, they should make arrangements for donation or disposal as necessary.
Limitations on selling space: Participants are allocated a designated selling space and must confine their sales activities to that area.
Ethical selling practices: Participants must engage in ethical selling practices, including accurately representing the condition of items for sale and pricing items fairly.
Adherence to event schedule: Participants must adhere to the event schedule, including set-up and clean-up times, to ensure the smooth running of the event.
