STUDENT-ATHLETES Interest Form for 2023 Summer/Fall MTB Season (July - October 2023) - for racers and non-racers, elementary school through high school
Student-athletes (racers and non-racers) in lower elementary school (grades 1-2), upper elementary school (grades 3-5), middle school (grades 6-8), or high school (grades 9-12) who are interested in participating in the 2023 summer/fall MTB season (July - October 2023), which will include the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) race series practices as well as regularly scheduled group rides for elementary schoolers and non-racing student athletes (NOTE: Elementary schoolers cannot race in the NICA fall season, but they can race in the VAHS spring season), please fill out the following form. 

This form is meant to gauge interest and help coaches plan for the season. It does not serve as a binding commitment. For parents/guardians who complete this form, please note there are spaces for you to include information for up to five (5) student-athletes (if you have more than five student-athletes, please fill out a new form for the additional student-athletes).
