The TEF Community Impact Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating TCSD senior who, through volunteer work, service activities, projects, or other inspiring efforts, has made a positive impact on their community. The $1,000 scholarship is to be used for reimbursement of expenses related to post-secondary educational pursuits (tuition, books, fees, etc.). To be considered for this award, applicants must be graduating TCSD seniors who have been accepted to a college or other post-secondary educational institution. Students electing to apply to AmeriCorps or other well-established service organizations may also apply for this scholarship to help cover related expenses.
As a part of the application process, students are required to submit two letters of recommendation from an advisor, faculty member, or from someone who can speak to the student's contributions to the community.

The Trumansburg Education Foundation Community Impact Scholarship Award recipient will be announced at the Senior Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
