     The Nutcracker at the Fox Performing Arts Center on Dec. 15, 2022.

Seating is assigned on a first paid, first assigned basis at the discretion of the house manager with consideration given for special needs students requiring accommodations. Please allow up to 5 business days for IPB's Field Trip Coordinator to process your request and respond.

Pricing is determined by the total number of students and adults in your group.
     GROUPS OF 14 or less:  $17.00 per person
     GROUPS OF 15 or more:  $12.00 per person

IMPORTANT:
The Fox Performing Arts Center in Riverside has entry protocols that can be found on the Fox website here. Please note that entry requirements and venue protocols are subject to change, so be sure to check back closer to your event date for the latest information.

NO BAGS are allowed inside the venue, with the following exceptions: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”).

Please be aware of these requirements BEFORE you reserve your seats as there will be no refunds once your order is placed and payment has been received.

FOX PERFORMING ARTS CENTER  ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS: I have read the Fox PAC entry protocols, and the clear bag policy. I acknowledge and understand that if any person in my party, including children, does not meet these requirements, they will NOT be admitted to the theater, and their reservation fee will not be refunded. *

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND POLICIES:   You will be contacted by the Outreach Coordinator to process your reservation at which time a 50% deposit or school PO is required.  Deposits are not refundable. Every person regardless of age must purchase a seat. *

All schools or groups must choose ONE of the following payment options:  1. Submit a 50% deposit to confirm performance reservation by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).  The remainder is due no later than 4 weeks prior to performance. 2. Submit a written purchase order (PO) from your school to hold your performance reservation. Purchase orders can be emailed to tickets@ipballet.org or faxed to 909-482-1589. *

If a reservation is made less than 4 weeks prior to a performance, the reservation must be paid in full immediately. Payments cannot be accepted at the theater the morning of the performance. IPB reserves the right to require advance payment. *

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations MUST be made in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to the performance date by emailing tickets@ipballet.org. The cancellation fee is 50% of the original total balance. *

REDUCTION and ADJUSTMENT POLICIES: If you need fewer seats in your reservation, email tickets@ipballet.org no later than 4 weeks prior to the performance date. Your reservation will not be changed after the 4 week deadline date. If you need more seats in your reservation, IPB will make every effort to accommodate your request. Payment for additional seats will be due immediately. Please keep in mind that performances can sell out and availability may be limited.  Absolutely no refunds, chargebacks or exchanges between K-12 school and public performances. *

SEATING, LATE SEATING and NO SHOW POLICIES: Seating will be assigned in advance based on when 50% payment has been received at the discretion of the house manager with consideration given for special needs student accommodations. Groups will be seated when all persons in the group have arrived. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.  No refunds will be issued in the event that a group arrives late or does not attend a performance. Any group that does not attend without written notification 4 weeks prior to the performance will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. *
