Once a flag runner has become certified, they may undergo an evaluation by a snitch runner proctor. Passing this evaluation assigns a flag a tier between 1 and 4. Tiered flag runners are compensated $10 per official game they officiate. Evaluations can be conducted in person by a flag runner proctor or virtually by submitting game film for review. Game film can be submitted through this form.
