Please complete this form to tell us a bit about your Group and your activities, interests or involvement in the Carrbridge Community.

Your application will be confirmed at our next Board meeting and all data will be subject to our Privacy Policy. You have the right to withdraw your membership at any time and your details will be deleted.
We would ask that you notify us of the contact person when there are changes in your organisation.

In addition to Group Membership we would encourage your members to become individual members using the Individual Membership form.

Membership Categories and Liabilities

Group Membership -
Groups will be considered Full Members and representatives from groups are encouraged to stand for election as Directors Trustees(subject to residency).
The Nominee will receive the information above and will be responsible for dissemination within their group.
Any changes should be notified to Carr-Bridge Ahead to ensure communication is maintained.
Group members will receive discounted rates for stalls at fundraising events organised by CBA.

To become a Group Member it is not essential that your group is constituted and Group who have an online/virtual presence are encouraged to apply for membership also.

Liabilities of Members (Article 14)
Each member undertakes that if the company is wound up whilst they are a member
(or within one year after they cease to be a member), they will contribute - up to a
maximum of £1 (one pound) - to the assets of the company, to be applied towards:
(a) payment of the company’s debts and liabilities contracted before they cease
to be a member;
(b) payment of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up; and
(c) adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves.
