I have read the "What We Accept at Our Sale" Consignor Guide to ensure my items are accepted and appropriate.  *
Required
I have created a JBF profile, and have registered to consign at the correct upcoming sale (register at www.jbfsale.com). *
Required
I have downloaded, printed and completed the CRIB AND CAR SEAT WAIVERS if applicable. I understand that I need a car seat waiver for the car seat and EACH base.  Please bring these completed forms with you to drop-off.  https://aurora.jbfsale.com/Copy%20of%202024%20Safety%20Matters%20with%20Waivers%207%20pages.pdf *
Required
For my protection, alterations to the tags (decreasing/increasing price or adding/removing a star or a donation "D") WILL NOT be accepted any time during the sale.  This type of alteration will result in a mis-scan at the register due a barcode discrepancy and the item will not be able to be sold. *
Required
I understand that there is NO MAXIMUM number of items that I may bring to the sale (except shoes - there is a 25 pair limit on shoes). *
Required
I understand that as a consignor I will earn 60% of my sales less a $16 consignor fee (no fee if I prepay online before the event). My fee may be waived with qualifying work hours and all items tagged to DONATE.

I may also earn an additional 1% on consignment for each setup/breakdown/load-up shift worked for the current event only (up to 3%).
*
Required
ALL CONSIGNORS: I UNDERSTAND that if I am not hired nor scheduled to work sort/breakdown on Sunday night, I will not be eligible to pick up my items on Sunday night and will instead pick up on Monday morning after the sale during the scheduled pickup window.  I understand that I can send someone in my place to pick up my items. *
Required
MEGA CONSIGNORS: I UNDERSTAND THAT AS A CONSIGNOR BRINGING OVER 500 TAGS, who is NOT donating their items, I am encouraged to apply for a position during the sorting shift, Sunday from 3-10pm.  This shift also entitles me to pick up my items on Sunday night after SORT/BREAKDOWN.                                                               *
Required
I understand that there is a minimum $3 price tag for hanging clothing items.  I may combine multiple items on one hanger to meet this minimum. *
Required
I understand that clothing must be CLEAN AND STAIN-FREE or they will be pulled from the racks and marked "unsellable" and scanned into a list. Items with excessive wear, holes, pungent odor, etc will also not be accepted.  Consignors who are repeatedly on this list will be subject to inspection at drop off moving forward.   *
Required
As a first-time consignor to this location my items will be subject to inspection at drop upon check-in.     *
Required
I understand that my items will be inspected after drop off during our organization timeframe and unacceptable items will be removed from the sales floor. Unacceptable items tagged as "donate" will automatically be donated. JBF reserves the right to remove unacceptable items from the sales floor throughout the sale. JBF reserves the right to reject grossly overpriced items. *
Required
I understand that JBF implements a "rejected items fee".

I understand that for each game/puzzle/electronic item missing a piece or missing working batteries, $8 will be deducted from my consignor check.

I also understand that for every item that is rejected from the sale (for stains, rips, tears, dirt, non-working condition, unaccepted sizes, etc), I will be charged $0.50/item after the first 5 items. I will not be charged for the first 5 items rejected (we are all human and may overlook a few small things!), but will be charged for all items after the first 5. This amount will be taken out of my consignor check.
*
Required
I understand and agree that JBF Aurora/ JBF Brighton is not responsible for fire, loss, theft, or damage to my sale items.  JBF Aurora/ JBF Brighton attempts to account for each and every item a consignor brings in, but theft and mistakes during check-out can happen. JBF Aurora/ JBF Brighton offers Premium Protection for selling partners for items priced over $25. This is an "insurance policy" where we will scan your high value items into a database. JBF Aurora/ JBF Brighton will only reimburse for consignor missing items registered in the Premium Protection program (ask for this at drop-off.) *
Required
I understand that consignor pick-up (for any unsold items) is Monday 9am-11am.  I understand that any items not picked up during this time will be donated at 11:01am. I will pick up my items or designate someone else to pick up my items- ID required. I agree to check clothing racks, sales floor categories, lost and found, rejected items, and missing tag items before completing final checkout. I understand that any lost items must be reported first at pickup and if not found, via the online form by Tuesday via the online form. *
Required
How many of your items are marked for donation? *
Required
I will add the word CONSIGNOR to my vocabulary,  defined as someone who provides their items to a third-party retailer to sell them for a percentage of revenue.

I understand that a CO-SIGNER is someone who signs a loan with another person (borrower) and agrees to pay the loan if the borrower is not able to repay it.

JBF is not asking you to co-sign any loans.  Thank you!
