If you wish, you may fill out this rental request form anyway to be put on the WAITLIST.

While this will NOT guarantee you a yurt, in the case that one of our existing renters cancels or availability otherwise increases, we will look to the wait list to offer them.

Completing this form is the first step. If there is availability remaining, you will receive an invoice and a rental agreement via email. When payment is cleared and your signed rental agreement signed is returned, your order is considered placed. Priority will be given to RETURNING CUSTOMERS first!

When all yurts are sold out, we will announce it on this form and our social pages.

Please fill out the form in full. If any details are still uncertain, just state so. You can update the information on it at any time

Rental setup is not guaranteed until Monday July 29 2024, OR your stated arrival date on this form (if it is after 7/29/24) Though we make every effort to set up your rental as soon as possible and in most cases we will set up rentals on or before your arrival date, this policy is in place to account for factors outside of our control such as extreme weather, traffic, road conditions traveling to the event, the line at troll, etc.

ALL RENTALS will be subject to a $100 security deposit, to be refunded upon the receipt of the undamaged yurt at the end of the rental period. If you chose to roll over your deposit from a previous Pennsic, you will not be charged a second time.

Ground Tarps

In order to serve a greater number of customers at Pennsic we have decided to discontinue ground tarps. However, we have a link for our customers to acquire a tarp of their own that is economical and can last through multiple events.
