1) for free professional support, Google has provided free EAP support for 6 mo post end date. Please refer to the Google portal to find the contact information for your country's EAP.
2) for paid professional support outside of the EAP, you can reach out to providers who have posted on the Xoogler Slack channels: #wellbeing-support-paid-clinician (for certified mental health providers) and #wellbeing-support-paid-coach (for coaches); or find a mental health provider in your health network.
