This application must be submitted at a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of your workshop date.

What you get:

The Clover Building at the Boulder County Fairgrounds (BCF) is a facility that offers a full kitchen, meeting space, restrooms, tables, chairs, and A/V equipment.
The room capacity is 50 people.
The Longmont Artists’ Guild (The Guild) will contact the BCF to secure the reservation and pay the reservation fee.
The Guild will also set up student enrollment registration and process the registration payment. The Guild will absorb the credit card processing fee charged..
The Guild will provide for the workshop: floor coverings, tablecloths, and cleaning supplies.
The Guild will promote the workshop through our marketing channels.

Workshop room rental fees:

Monday - Thursday (9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) - $5 hour / $25 per day

Friday - Sunday (9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) - $10 hour / $50 per day

Deposit and fees:

A 50% non-refundable building rental deposit is required to secure your reservation at the time you confirm the final Workshop Instructor Agreement.
The Longmont Artists’ Guild will deduct a 10% commission from the total amount received from student enrollment. (Student enrollment - 10% to Guild and 90% to Instructor).
The remaining building rental balance will be due to the Longmont Artists’ Guild at the conclusion of the workshop. The instructor may request that the balance due be deducted from the workshop enrollment proceeds.

Cancellation policy:

There are no refunds from the Boulder County Fairgrounds for canceled building rentals. Your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
However, the Boulder County Fairgrounds will accept rescheduling the workshop if there are acceptable dates available and credit the paid rentals fees to the new reservation.
