Registration is not complete until you receive an official confirmation from PMA (not just a confirmation of form completion)
and payment is received.
A new form is needed for each individual student or client (
even if within the same family); there will be a link at the end of the form to do such.
Weekly services are normally paid through a monthly subscription online. Full school year invoices can be issued and paid by check or online. Consulting is invoiced and paid online. You will receive a separate email regarding this.
